From change management to conflict resolution, a human-centered pathway |
My story
I am originally an engineer. I had for a long time been involved in project and change management in social risk insurance. I gradually realized that the boundary between my professional universe, focused on rational thinking, and my personal universe, turned to the quest for meaning, was inappropriate. I wanted to reconcile these two approaches to propose a global human-centred approach for conflict management. In this way, I have trained in complementary professional practices: mediation, professional coaching, Gestalt therapy. I now accompany each one towards the resolution of his/her interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts. I help you to reach a sustainable appeasement, and a personal, professional, relational and social fulfilment through an innovative archetypal approach.
